Overall did a great job, very professional and seemed very knowledgeable too. The only thing that would be an opportunity for improvement was Nick got here 1/2 earlier than appt window. We were home but there are times when we would not be. Might be good to call or text ahead when arriving outside of the appt window.

I have - unfortunately! - had experience with many HVAC repair companies. To date, Stan's is the best in terms of knowledge, dependability, flexibility and (vitally) staying in contact about repairs that may be more complex than normal. I have three geothermal systems, and so far only Stan's can be relied on to keep them running. Stan's is never the cheapest service - but is the best value for the price.
